Cold-Brew Coffee Brewing Guide

Cold brew coffee, also called cold water extraction or cold pressing, is the process of steeping coffee grounds in water at cool temperatures for an extended period. Coarse-ground beans are soaked in water for about 8 to 12 hours.

1.Grind 50g coffee on a coarse setting and mix it with 650ml water, then stir well.

2. Cover your pot and leave the coffee in the fridge for at least 8 hours.

3. After 8-12 hours brew, gently shake to stir the coffee, filter the cold extracted coffee.

4. Enjoy delicious cold brew.
