Check out these easy brew steps:

  1. Tear off the top of the packet filter bag.
  2. Shake it lightly to level, and place hangers onto a cup.
  3. Slowly pour hot water through (92°c~96°c, 150ml~180ml).
  4. Remove and discard the used filter, Serve.

The popular ratios for espresso is 1:2 (1 gram of coffee to every 2 grams of water).

There is no such thing as a "Golden" ratio, but well-balanced cups of coffee are consistently brewed around a certain ratio. This is a good place to start, if you like stronger taste, you might use a 1:14 ratio. If you like a normal taste, you might pour 1:16 or 1:17.     Drip Bags are the best

    Having experienced drip coffee bags in Japan I was keen to see what might be available in NZ. Dairy Beanz stood out as they have their own. So ordered a couple and tested for my early morning brew. The coffee experience is quite different from my normal long black. Much milder and very pleasant way to start the day. I see these being stashed in my hiking pack for when I am out on the trails.
